Mr. Kirby Dean McNeil,Sr “Dino”

Alpha: September 14, 1953

Omega: October 31, 2020

On September 14, 1953, the Lord blessed Melba Swain and Isaac McNeil, Sr. with a baby boy named Kirby Dean McNeil, Sr.

On May 27, 1973 he married his high school sweetheart Cerwilla Williams McNeil, who proceeded him in death 3 years ago. God blessed their union with a daughter, Teresa, and two sons, Kirby Jr. and Jermaine.

Our Dad was the hardest working man we knew; he worked in the production industry as a machinist from the time he graduated high school until he retired 12 years ago.

Our Dad taught us the importance of working hard and being independent so we could
accomplish our dreams and goals.

He taught us to hunt, fish, drive a car and play sports. He wanted us to be prepared for this world. He didn’t miss any of our sporting events or special occasions. He was a shoulder to lean on to his children and his grandchildren. We called him and he gave the best advice. He often said how proud of us he was; but we were equally proud to have a Dad who guided us every step of the way to make sure we became productive independent adults.

We already miss him so much; but he is with the love of his life, our mother which brings us
all great peace.

Kirby was proceeded in death by his wife of over 40 years, Cerwilla McNeil; His father, Isaac McNeil, his sisters Mary Jones and Sabrina Griggs; and his brother, Alton McDonald.

He leaves to cherish his memory: His mother, Ms. Melba McNeil; his daughter, Teresa McNeil of Spring, TX; two sons Kirby Jr. (LyDania) and
Jermaine (Cassandra) of Huntsville, TX; his five sisters, Sherion Swain, Ella Williams (Charles), Donna Gaines (Cedric), LaQuita Bell (James) and Tonja McNeil; three brothers Gary Swain (Cherrie), Baldwin Swain and Isaac McNeil, Jr. (Ashley); his grandchildren, Whitney, Caycee, Spencer, Xavier, Brianna and Quynesha; his great-grandchildren, Landon, Christiana and Jaielle; his sister-in-laws Faye (Donald), Mattie and his brother-in-law, Raymond (Sharon); and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends
.
