Obituary

Herbert Taylor was born to Clarence and Julia McDaniel Taylor on October 12, 1933 in Caldwell, Texas. He attended public schools in Caldwell, Texas. Herbert was a lifetime truck driver and well known by his nick name “Underpass Red” or “River Red.” He loved to dance. His parents, Clarence and Julia Taylor; his brothers, Clarence Jr., Elijah Sr., Ed Malvin and Lenoris Taylor; sister, Elois Jones, and son, Norris Ray Glover all preceded him in death. Herbert is survived by two sons, Herbert Joe Glover and Robert Preston Glover, Sr.; aunt, Mary Green; sisters-in-law, Donna Taylor (Special) and Carolyn Taylor; Joan Taylor and Patricia Taylor; a host of nieces, nephews, and family; and a very special friend, Reverend Joe Wilbert
