Home Going Celebration for Connie Faye Williams

Obituary

Ms. Connie Faye Williams was born in Bryan, TX on October 16, 1962 the baby of
the bunch, affectionately known as the “last button on Gabriel coat” to Earnest and
Marie Williams. On March 18th she was called to her eternal home with the Lord.
Connie attended Bryan public school system. She dedicated her life to Christ at an
early age, as a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Later in life she was an active
member of Skybreak Church, where she volunteered her time as a greeter and
encouraged members with her smile and love of the Lord until her health begin to fail.
Connie always had a love of fashion and design that inspired her to attend Plaza Three
modeling school in Phoenix AZ. Upon returning to Texas, she worked as assistance
office manager and receptionist throughout her professional career. As her mother’s
health failed, Connie became her devoted provider.
Connie contributed to the upbringing of all her nieces and nephews, as she served as a
second parent to us all. Her love and dedication included Aunt Connie’s adventures of
planning sleep overs, water balloon battles, and sharing her love of Mexican and soul
food. She engaged us all in love, laughter, and the knowledge of the Williams family
history.
Connie enjoyed cooking, writing, and playing UNO and phase 10 with her family. Her
selfless devotion and love for her family remained steadfast until she departed this life.
Preceding her in death were her beloved parents Earnest and Marie Williams; her
brothers, Chauncey Williams, Marvin Williams, and Charles Williams; and sisters
Earnestine Williams-Hines, and Joyce Lewis.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her siblings, Lawrence Williams (Houston, TX),
Frankie Williams (Atlanta, GA), Terry McMurry (Dallas, TX) and her devoted sister,
Hattie Green (Bryan, TX).

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 | 2:30 PM at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 West 18th Street, Bryan, TX 77803

Visitation Services will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 3:00p.m to 7:00p.m. at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 West 18th Street, Bryan, TX 77803
