Lennox Earl English
Lennox Earl English, was born January 16, 1961 to the Nathaniel Lennox English and Mattie (English) Yarbrough. He was also honored to have been blessed with a wonderful dad, Frank Yarbrough Sr., whom we call Pops. Lennox was a faithful, hardworking, God fearing, loving, and devoted son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved everyone. His smile continued as he faced his battle with cancer, brave he was. He lived his life on purpose daily. He is preceded in death by his father (Nathaniel Lennox English), his mother (Mattie Ruth Yarbrough), his brother (Benjamin Carl English), and his sisters (Carla and Beverly English). He loved his family immensely.
He was educated in the public schools of East and West Texas. He pursued college for business. He decided antique refurbishing was his calling and he mastered that for years, along with being Department Supervisor for Target’s for a number of years. Work was ministry to his soul.
His love for God and his creation of mankind always spoke loud through his singing and praising of God. He was a Christian, indeed.
Lennox transitioned to eternal rest on March 6, 2019. His only request before his passing was that his family and friends not cry but rejoice.
To cherish his memories Lennox leaves behind his Pops, Frank Yarbrough Sr. of Bryan, Texas; his brothers, David English (Dollie) of Houston, Texas, Anthony English of Clarksville, and Frank Yarbrough II (Betty) of Midland, Texas; his sisters; Jacquelin Shelby (David), Cynthia English, Joyce Johnson (Kevin) all of Bryan, Texas, and Jessica Hunt of Dallas Texas. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. And with great recognition to his Aunt Mary Waters of Las Vegas, NV. He will be missed but he is now at peace.
