Obituary
Kendran Connel Brown was born June 4, 2002
in Bryan, Texas to Darrell Connell Brown and
Kwajuana Shu’nel Johnson.
He graduated from Mary Catherine High
School in Bryan, Texas. Kendran was a
member of Rollins Church of Christ in Bryan.
He enjoyed playing the guitar, action videos, meditating daily,
watching YouTube “Korkenshin”. He learned to play the guitar by
ear, listening to his favorite songs by J. Cole, Logic, Tyler the
Creator and Earth Wind & Fire. He also liked to shop at his favorite
stores, Vans and Rue 21. His favorite food to eat was Quesadillas.
He departed this life March 22, 2024 at Baylor Scott & White
Hospital in Temple, Texas.
Kendran was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dean Alan
Davis.
Survivors include, great-grandparents: Lillie Johnson of Bryan,
Texas and Betty Davis of Houston, Texas; parents, Darrell Connell
Brown and Kwajuana Shu’nel Johnson; grandparents, Derek and
Beverly Gentry, Lonnie Stewart and Jackie Brown; brothers and
sisters, Kezvin Johnson, KeAsia Brown (William Benford), Keheira
Seals, Ke’Anthony Seals, Ke’Alan Seals, Darrel Brown, Jr., Amari
Brown, Jaleyiah Brown, Omarion Schultz and Dezmond Brown;
aunts, Kanishka S. Posey, Paradesha Dunn and Erica Thomas;
uncles, Sexton Curry, Leroy Davis and Henry Davis; nieces &
nephews, Ke’Ondre Ty’Shawn Benford, Ka’Miyah Alan Benford
and Khamyl Shu’nel Benford, a host of other nieces, nephews and
cousins, and pet, Ritzy.
