Lawrence Keshawn Harris, affectionately known as Keshawn, was born with a special light that shined brightly throughout his 24 years of life. He departed this earthly life far too soon, but the love, laughter, and memories he shared will remain in the hearts of all who knew him forever.
Keshawn loved God and dedicated his life to Him at a young age. He was a proud graduate of Rudder High School, Class of 2020, and throughout his life he held various jobs, always working hard and making lasting impressions on those around him.
Keshawn truly loved life. He was a fun-loving, outgoing young man who never met a stranger. He had a kind heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. His infectious smile, sense of humor, and genuine spirit made him someone people naturally gravitated toward. He was the type of person who could brighten a room simply by walking into it.
Family meant everything to Keshawn. He deeply loved his mother and stepfather, his father and stepmother, his siblings, and his extended family. He treasured the friendships he built throughout his life and often referred to his closest friends as his brothers. No matter how old he became, he would always remain a mama’s boy at heart.
Keshawn enjoyed expressing himself through fashion and loved dressing well. He proudly wore his piercings and embraced his unique style. He loved spending time outdoors, making memories with his father, and caring for his beloved fur babies. His love for animals was undeniable, and he had a special place in his heart for all creatures. His favorite car was a Tesla, and his favorite color was blue.
From the day he was born until the day he became a grown man; Keshawn was truly one of a kind. He lived a life filled with love, laughter, adventure, and meaningful connections. Though his physical presence is no longer with us, his spirit will continue to live on through every story shared, every laugh remembered, and every life he touched.
Keshawn, you may not be here with us in the present, but you will live forever in our hearts. We love you more than words can express. This is not goodbye-it is simply, “See you later.”
