Obituary

Beatrice Adkins Thomas was born on March 24, 1942, in Madison County,
Texas, to Willie Williams and Erma Lee Buggs (and Sam Adkins)

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends especially with her niece,
Ella Mae. She worked at Texas A&M University over 31 years and retired.

She is preceded in death by, parents, spouse, Curtis Thomas and Jeanette
Adkins; daughter, Aasilah and Asiyah Abdullah; twin granddaughters, and
sisters and brothers, Mary Liza Adkins Rhodes, Frankie Mae and Freddie Mae,
Adkins, Elizabeth Ann Adkins Gilbert, Billie Lois Adkins Pace, Lord Adkins,
Frank Adkins, Nathaniel Adkins, Henrietta Adkins Wyatt and Ella G. Adkins
Ross (passed on May 14, 2023); along with David Burton, nephew and Shirley
Gilbert, niece, who she grew up with as siblings.

Survivors include, one son, Milton L. Miller, Jr.; two daughters and one
son-in-law, Erma Jean Clemons Howard (Danny) and Jennifer Clemons; (7)
grandchildren, Charles, Clifford, Audreka, (Brandon), Lekendra, Jeanee’,
Aazizah, Jalen; (5) great-grandchildren, Ketaviah, Brandi,
Brandice, Emani and Jaah. And a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins and friends whom she held close to her heart.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 20, 2023 2:30PM at Greater Faith Baptist Church 300 Lake Street Bryan,Texas 77801

Visitation Services will be held on Friday May 19, 2023 3:00PM until 7:00PM at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 W 18th Street Bryan,Texas 77803
