Obituary

Lester James Blacksher was born on June 19, 1961 in
Bryan, Texas to Willie Hubbard and Ruth Blacksher.
James was baptized and accepted Christ at an early age.
Lester attended Bryan Public Schools and graduated from
Bryan High School. James loved his family and loved
being around them along with his friends. Lester was a
loving, caring, generous, and hard-working man. He did
not mind helping anyone who was in need.
James passed on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 and he will
be greatly missed by family and friends, and will be loved
in our hearts forever and always.
Preceding Lester in death is his parents, Willie Hubbard
and Ruth Blacksher.
Lester leaves to cherish his memory, his siblings, two
brothers, Donald Earl Haynes and Gerald DeWayne Blacksher; one sister, Sandra Blacksher Neblett; a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on May 6, 2023 11:00A.M. at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 W 18th Street Bryan, Texas 77803
