Lovie Vell DeShone,106 of Caldwell, Texas passed on December 14,2016 at Copperas Hollow Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be Dec 24,2016 at 11am at Goodwill Baptist Church FM1362 North Caldwell, Texas
Lovie Vell DeShone was born on November 18,1910 in Caldwell, Texas to Ellison and Ethel Daniels. She attended Friendship school in Caldwell. She was a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church of Caldwell. She loved attending church services and was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Jimmie Earl DeShone, three sons and seven brothers.
She is survived by Five sons; Five daughters and one son-in law.;26 grandchildren;48 great-grandchildren, 61 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
The family extends special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Kia Parsi;Copperas Hollow Nursing & Rehabilitation Center; Encompass Home & Health Center; Hospice and everyone for your kindness expressed, during our time of bereavement

Ms. Lovie and my mom, Ida Surovik, attended the Senior Citizens Center in Caldwell many years ago and became friends. Mom simply adored her, and I know she was one of the folks welcoming Ms. Lovie into Heaven! May God bless your family and keep you in His care.
