Homegoing Service for Mary Ester Nelms Garner

Remembering Mary

Mrs. Mary Ester Garner was born on June 28, 1956 to Eugene Nelms,
Sr. and Bernice Webber Nelms, in Bryan, Texas. She departed this
life on September 05, 2024.
Mrs. Mary Ester Garner grew up and attended Bryan Public School
District. She loved the LORD and will be remembered as a devoted
mother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She enjoyed listening to
music and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Eugene Nelms,
Sr. and Bernice Nelms; two brothers, Raymond Nelms and Larry
Nelms; and one sister, Delores Nelms Taylor.
She leaves to cherish her memories: four sons, Christopher Garner,
Albert Garner, Alvin Moore and Calvin Moore (Eunice); three
daughters, Lacreasha Garner, Shalonda Garner and Lora Garner;
four brothers, Eugene Nelms, Jr., William Nelms, Michael Nelms and
James Nelms; two sisters, Loraine Brown and Glory Moore; ten
grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and
friends. Her special pet dogs, Gracie Lei Garner and Kandi Garner.
