Obituary
Edward Washington, Jr. was born July 23, 1963 in New Orleans, LA to Edward Washington, Sr. and Sylvia Mae White Washington. Edward received his education in Jefferson Parish School District. He graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey LA. Edward received Christ at an early age. He loved and enjoyed family, friends, Michael Jackson music, dressing up and having home cooked meals. He was a natural born sweet spirit. He loved beating everyone in checkers and was just family oriented. He really loved his family. He always had a loving hug for everyone and a solid punch on the arm to let you know he was there. He brought much love to all his family and friends. Edward departed this life on Friday, April 2, 2021. his mother, Sylvia Mae White Washington, brother Devin Washington and both grandparents preceded him in death. Edward’s memory will live on through the life of his remaining family. Left to cherish his memories are his father, Edward Washington, Sr., six sisters, Paulette Jackson, Joan Washington, Shawn Lords (Wallace), Tanya Warren (Dennis), Zelda Jackman (Anthony), and Clarissa Washington (Aaron); many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relative and friends.
