Home Going Celebration for Mr. Herman Green Sr.

Obituary

Herman Green was born in Robertson County (Franklin,
Texas) to Goffer Green and Minnie Childress Green. He
went home to be with his heavenly father on January 09,
2023.
Herman attended Bryan ISD schools and graduated from
E.A. Kemp High School. After graduation, he attended
Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Herman enlisted in the United States Army.
Herman was an Entrepreneur, Carpenter, Business Owner of
Music/Record Shop, Electrician, Landscape Gardner,
Jewelry Designer and a Cook. You could say he was a Jack
of all Trade. He had done a little of everything.
Herman was preceded in death by his parents, his wife,
Mattie Pearl Alcorn-Green, his siblings, Josephine Harrison,
Archie Dunn, Mayzell Green Jackson, Rozell Green
Jackson, George Earl Green, Minnie Mae Gilbert, Patsynell
Houston.
Herman leaves to cherish his memory, his children,
Jacqueline Green Banks, Kenneth Lee, Herman Green, Jr., Sharien D.
Alcorn, Gwendolyn R. Alcorn, and Netta Wallis; his
grandchildren, William Spencer Jackson, Jr., Irene Alcorn,
Jada Banks; his great-grandchildren, Aubrey Jackson,
Autumn Jackson, and Alonnie Jackson; a host of nephews,
nieces, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday January 14, 2023 11:00 A.M. Daniel & Son Funeral Home Chapel
located at 401 West 18th Street
Bryan, Texas 77803

Visitation Services will be held on Friday January 13, 2023 from 5:30P.M. until 7:30 P.M. at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 W 18th Street, Bryan, Texas 77803
