Obituary

Brandon Marcel Leon McKinney was born to Mack Leon Bishop, II and Bernadean Stewart
McKinney on the 9th day of August, 1978, in College Station, Texas.
Brandon attended Bryan ISD and graduated from Bryan High School.
Brandon enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids, family and friends. He also enjoyed
playing dominoes, cards, laughing and joking.
Brandon was a former member of the Lincoln Center and Fred B. Lennon Camp. Brandon had a
heart of a servant and was very passionate about his family.
Brandon passed away suddenly on December 31, 2022 and is being received by his family who
preceded him in death; grandparents, Marcellus and Gladys Stewart, Artensia Campbell; one
brother, Dale Bishop, uncle, Thabiti Ngozi (aka Paul Garvin), and nephew, Kayce Michael Carter.
Brandon’s legacy of strength and love for his family will be passed on to his children. He leaves to
cherish his memory, his mother, Bernadean Stewart McKinney; his father, Mack Leon Bishop, II;
three daughters and one son-in-law, Janae McKinney (Gerson Rivera), Jaylyn McKinney, Acillana
Pena; three brothers, Darrell Bishop, Dale Bishop and Mack Leon Bishop, III (Misty); four sisters,
Valencia Stewart, Anika McKinney, Bridget McKinney, and McKenzie Bishop; grandchildren,
Kaiden and Kaleb DePalma and Elias Rivera; fiancé, Iris Dotson; special friends, Eric Ross, Arthur
Sharron, Delarosa family, Rios family and Robert Robinson; many cousins, other relatives and
friends. He will be missed greatly by his family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday January 14, 2023 2:30 P.M. at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 W 18th Street Bryan, Texas 77803

Visitation Services will be held on Friday January 13, 2023 from 2:30 P.M. until 6:30P.M. and Saturday January 14, 2023 from 9:00 A.M. until 2:30 P.M. at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 W 18th Street Bryan, Texas 77803
