Glenda K. Davis
Glenda K. Davis passed away quietly at her home, surrounded by loved ones, on the afternoon of October 1, 2019 at the age of 63.
Glenda was born on June 21, 1956 in Bryan, Texas. She was born to James Davis the thrid and Mary Elizabeth Scott Davis as the youngest child.
Glenda expressed her faith in Christ and was baptized in front of witnesses at her family church, New Chapel Baptist church.
Glenda graduated from Bryan High School in 1975. Afterward she attended Paul Quinn College, where she studied Library Services.
Per the family wishes, there will be no public visitation for Glenda. A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00am at the New Chapel Baptist Church on Sat, October 12, 2019. Following the service, Glenda will be laid to rest at the Oakwood Cemetery located in Bryan, Texas.
Glenda is proceeded in death by her parents and one sister, Carolyn L. Tates.
She is survived by her children, one son, Michael B. Davis and one daughter, Brittany J. Davis, both of Bryan, Texas. Two sisters; her twin sister Linda F. Davis of Bryan, Texas and Marilyn J. Walton of San Antonio, Texas and one brother; James A. Davis the thrid of San Francisco, California, a host of friends and other family members.
