Corey Lee Morelock

Corey Lee Morelock, 42, of College Station, TX passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016.  He was born January 23, 1974, in Alliance, Ohio.  Corey is survived by his parents, Larry Morelock and Marcella Young; a daughter, Savannah Morelock; his sister, Colleen Grant; 2 nephews, Garrett and Gavin Grant, a very close friend who is like a brother, Mark Hare, several aunts, and uncles and cousins and many dear friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mitchell and Louise Morelock and John and Verna Nelson.

Corey was a writer, an artist and had a love for music.  He had a love for life and for people.  He enjoyed helping others and would do anything for anyone at any time.

A memorial service will be held at Christ’s Way Baptist Church, Bryan, TX on Wednesday, June 1 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception following in the Fellowship Hall.
