Cora ( Ora) Lee Davis

  Mrs. Cora Ora Davis was born July 13, 1934 to Mr. Jonas Lewis and Nannie B. ( Cooper) Lewis in Mumford, Texas. She departed this life on October 27, 2017 in the Hospice Brazos Valley in Bryan, Texas.

Mrs. Cora Davis grew up and attended school in Mumford, Tx. She will be remembered as a devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend to many.

She was a great cook and had a love and passion of preparing meels to feed many. Although cooking was one of her favorite things to do. She also loved to play Bingo and loved to spend time with all of her grandchildren, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father and two sisters: Rosemary Lewis and Hattie Mae Yemme, one son Kevin Leon Davis and one grandson: Terreance Ealoms.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Four sons: Howard Lee Davis (Friend-Jackie), Robert (Betty) Davis Sr., Lee Anthony Davis all of Bryan, Tx and Vernon Lee Manning of Houston, Tx. Seven Daughters: Dora Bowman, Martha ( Robert) McMurray, Angela Ealoms (Friend-Darell), Karin Davis, Latreace Davis, Lillie Mae Dickson all of Bryan , Tx and Vonda ( Donale) Gooden of Houston, Tx. Four brothers Jonas ( Amy)Lewis Jr. Mumford Tx, Johnny and Betty Lewis Bryan, tx, Ruben Cooper sr of Texas City, Tx and Arthur ( Christine) Cooper of Bryan, Tx. Three sisters: Lovie Haywood Bryan, Tx, Frances Cooper and Linda ( Timothy) Bass of Houston, Tx. 14 Grandchildren: Brodrick (Medra) Davis Houston, Tx, Tenisha Bowman (Friend- Anthony) Spring, Tx, Brylan ( Chanseya) Davis Bryan, Tx, Landon ( Shay) Lewis, Robert Jr. ( Kayla) Davis, Twana Davis, Natasha Davis, Tron Keith ( Alecia) Ealoms, Coryl Davis, Christopher Hanley, Alante Davis, Trevion Davis, Kentra Davis, Draeion Davis, Stormie Williams all of Bryan, Tx 35 Grear Grandchildren, 15 Great Great grandchildren special nieces: Aretha Stidom and Cathy Miller. A host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
