Celebration of Life for Mr.Litten”Leonard” Young

Obituary

On February 9, 1946 a son, Litten “Leonard” Young,
was born to the late Lacy King Young and Freddie Mae
Young.
He accepted Christ at an early age, joined church and
was baptized.
He attended Jones High School and loved watching
Westerns, sports, and playing dominoes. One of his
greatest joys and pass times was being with his family
and friends.
Proceeding him in death were his grandparents, his
parents, Lacy King Young and Freddie Mae Young, 3
Brothers, James Ira Young Sr., Lacy King Young Jr; and one sister, Tammy (Bolden) Allen.

He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter,
Yolanda Young Wortham (Marshal); one son, Leonard
Young (LaShawn); 5 brothers, Darrell Young (Rhonda),
Dennis Young (Zavondria), Michael Young (Philicia),
Flynoral Young (Faye)Kelvin Allen Henry; 3 sisters: Daisy Young, Donnie
Young, and Freddie Young; one uncle, Claude Young; 3
aunts, Lovie Morgan, Edna McElroy, and Bernice Jones;
6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of
other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 2:30 PM
New Chapel Missionary Baptist Church
Bryan, Texas 77803

Visitation Services will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 4:00P.M. until 7:00P.M. at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 West 18th Street, Bryan, Texas 77803
