Obituary
Leroy Thomas Leazer was born October 12, 1945 to the late Clyde and Martha (Taraba) Leazer in Liberty, Texas.
He accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age and became a member of Faith United Church of Christ in Bryan, Texas.
Leroy graduated from Crosby High School in Crosby, Texas. He enjoyed watching football and basketball, playing pool/billiards, reading, fishing, wine-making, vintage cars and trucks, and gunsmithing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Margaret (Matcek) Leazer, one brother, Donald Leazer and sister, Esther (Leazer) Zwahr.
He departed this life on May 22, 2023 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan, Texas.
Leroy leaves cherished memories to his best friend/partner, Debbie Nellums of Bryan, Texas; son, Jason T. Leazer of Bryan, Texas; daughter, Jennifer Klanika and husband Kenneth of Copeland, Texas; one brother, Harley Leazer and sister-in-law, Lena Smith of Kosse, Texas; one grandson, Thomas Klanika; and a host of other relatives and friends.
