Life’s Reflection
Mary Ann Banks was born January 20 1960 to the late Mrs. Fannie Mae Banks in
Caldwell, Texas. Mary Ann was raised by the late Walter & Florence Felder.
Mary Ann attended school in Snook, Texas. At an early age she attended church
at Pleasant Grove and Clayton Baptist church. She later enlisted in the United
States Job Corp.
Upon returning home from the United States Job Corp, Mary Ann lived in Bryan,
TX years before moving to Newcastle, Wyoming. Mary Ann was a mother;
grandmother; a sister; aunt; a friend to everyone before being called from this
world to become an angel in Heaven on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents: Justin & Fannie Banks; Roberta
Griggs (adopted by); Walter & Florence Felder (raised by); two brothers: James
Banks; & Willie Felder; two sisters: Alberta Felder-Jackson; & Lolly Pop.
Mary Ann leaves to cherish her memories of a loving and caring family. Two
daughters: Takesha LaSondra Banks Hornsby and Florence Shaniqua Banks
Cummings (Roy); five brothers: Justin Banks; Bobby Felder (Sammie); Walter
Felder (Shirley); Jesse Felder (Gaila); and Billy Felder (Sami); four sisters: Daisy
Hornsby (Sammie); Thelma Conerway (Ronnie); Rosie Davis (Audrey:
Deceased); Bennie Johnson; six grandchildren: Daisa Banks Hornsby; Samuel
Banks Hornsby, Aalliyah, Keondra, Amesha and Kenyan Cummings; best friend,
Lois Benford Robinson; a host of other relatives, family, friends and loved ones.
Funeral Service: Saturday, September 28, 2024 @2:30 P.M.
at Old Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church
