Barbara Roshell Neblett-Clark (known as Babs ) was born on September 23, 1960, in Bryan, Texas, to the late Leonard and Naomi Neblett. Perry and Barbara later attended Strong Tower Kingdom Ministries underneath Apostle Evelyn Jacobs, up until her death. Babs developed a passion for cooking and for kids at an early age and started her career at Houston Baptist University, where she worked for several years. She later changed her career to her second passion (kids) and began working in the Daycare Field. Babs worked in this field for over 20 years, including branching off and starting her own business in Home Daycare; where she worked up until she became ill.God called Babs home on November 25, 2021.
