Celebrating the Life of Bobby Joe Ealoms

Obituary

Bobby Joe Ealoms’ earthly journey came to a close on December 30,

2024, at the age of 61.

His story began on September 17, 1963, when he was born to Jimmy

Lee Foster and James Andrew Ealoms, Sr.

Bobby gave his life to Christ under the leadership of the late Pastor

Eugene Ealoms of Revival Tabernacle in Hearne, Texas, and later

under the leadership of Elder John H. Ealoms at St. Joseph Church

of God In Christ in Franklin, Texas.

A lover of music, Bobby found joy in working on vehicles and

crafting with wood. He had an upbeat spirit, always quick to play

around to liven up a room. Above all, he loved his family.

Bobby was the proud owner of his own construction company,

“Ealoms Construction,

where he worked on many projects and

homes. His commitment to excellence was evident in every job, as

he took great pride in doing things right. He worked for Bill Rivers,

Scott Neff, Don Ganner, Strauzer, Fargo, and many others. He also

worked for the Hearne Housing Authority. He was a hard worker.

Bobby Joe Ealoms was preceded in death by his mother, Jimmy Lee

Ealoms; his father, James Andrew Ealoms, Sr.; his sister, Carolyn

Ealoms; and his brother, James Andrew Ealoms, Jr.

He is survived by his three sons: Bobby Mitchell (Lynn), Markee

Mitchell, and Brandon Ealoms; two brothers: Robert Ealoms

(Machell) and John H. Ealoms (Gwendolyn); six sisters: Thelma

Morriel, Barbara Ealoms, Debra Ealoms, Penny Burns (Calvin),

Jacqueline Ealoms Hill, and Denise Ealoms; two grandchildren:

Lailah Mitchell and Dre Mitchell; and a host of other relatives and

many friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, January 11,2025 at 2:30p.m. at First United Methodist Church 506 East 28th Street Bryan, Texas

Visitation Services: Friday, January 10,2025 from 11am to 6:30 pm at Daniel & Son Funeral Home located at 401 West 18th Street Bryan, Texas 77803
