Cathy Roshell Miller was born on January 13, 1963, to Julius Edward Miller and Lovie Jewel Lewis. From a young age, she possessed a warm heart, a joyful spirit, and a beautiful smile that could brighten any room.
Cathy graduated from Bryan High School. She was a faithful member of St. James Baptist Church under the leadership of Overseer Brodrick E. Ross, Sr. She found joy in praying with others and sharing the Word of God. Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Julius Edward Miller, Sr., her grandmother, Nannie B. Cooper; her Aunts, Ora Lee Davis, Rosie Lewis, Hattie Green, and Jonas Lewis; her nephew, B.J. Cuerrington; her Uncles, Jo May Cole, Robert Miller, Milton Miller, Denise Cole; her Aunts, Arvis Miller Lockett, Ruby Faye Miller, Debra Johnson, Evelyn Miller, Josephine Johnson Burks, and Pinky Thomas.
Those left to cherish her precious memories are one daughter, Latoya Woods; three sons, Myron Miller, Nicholas Brown, and Clayton J. Demouchette, Jr.; her mother, Lovie Jewel Lewis; her sisters and brothers, Vince Miller, Byron Hawkins (Tammy), Carmen Tennell, Monique Miller Lee (George), Heather Ratliff, Shon Golden, Brock Williams and Julius Vaughn; her Aunts and Uncles, Johnny Lewis, Rueben Cooper, Arthur Cooper (Frances), Bridgette Johnson, Edna Moore, Julia Walker, Mattie Cole, Mary Smith and Linda Lewis; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; her special friends, Shirley Jean, Skeet, Pam Fletcher, Karon Johnson and Brenda Waters; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
