Conrad was born on April 03, 1966 to Edward Williams Sr. and Arlene McCoy Williams. He was the youngest of their two sons. At an early age, Conrad joined Greater Tabernacle Baptist Church in Bryan Texas under the tutelage of Pastor D.N. Jones. Conrad will be remembered for his humility, his infectious smile and his deep love he had for his family. He enjoyed antique cars, listening to Prince’s music and basketball. When Conrad was unable to take full care of himself, his cousin Christopher Cooks took on that task of caring for him and continued until his demise. Then his wife Demetra (Tresa) made a promise to Christopher and kept the promise to care for him until Conrad passed away.

Conrad was preceded in death by his parents Edward Williams, Sr. and
Arlene McCoy Williams; his maternal grandparents, Jeraline McCoy
and Augusta Hall; his paternal grandparents Nellie Hedge and Joe
Hedge; his uncles Dr. Willie James Hunter and James Hubert Sweeps;
