Billy Kizzie, 63, of Bryan, passed away at home on May 10, 2026, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Billy was remembered as a kind and caring person whose presence brought comfort and joy to family and friends.

Billy had a deep love for his family and treasured every moment spent with those closest to him. He was also a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, proudly supporting his beloved team through every season.

He leaves behind cherished memories with his loved ones and a legacy of warmth, strength, and compassion. His life touched many, and he will be remembered for the love he shared and the lives he influenced. He will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew him.
He was proceeded in death by his father, Robert Nixon; his grandmother, Minnie Kizzie, and sister, Regina Graham and brother, Walter Parnell.

He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Salter; his companion, Shiela William-Nelson; his sisters, Margaret Parnell-Burns, Cathy Bloom (James) and Jacqueline Graham; his brothers, Leonard Kizzie (Linda) and Willie Kizzie; his daughters, Raynette Sims, Tequila Diles, and Yolanda Turner (Brian Sr.); son, James William-Nelson; grandchildren, Brian Turner, Jr. and Londyn Turner; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
