SHANDA STEWART was born to Virgina Ann Stewart and Aubry Fair Ji. on June 09, 1969, in Bryan, Texas. She was the only child born to this union. AT a very young age, Shanda’s mother passed away, so her grandmother Betty Stewart adopted and raised her as her own daughter. SHE accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of St. Matthews Baptist Church where she was under the pastoral ship of Reverend Dr. Melvin O Cooper.

SHANDA began her educational endeavors at Bryan ISD. She graduated in 1987 from Bryan High School. While a student at Bryan High School, she studied cosmetology in collaboration with Charles and Sue School of Hair Design. She was able to seek employment immediately after graduation. SHANDA was employed by Lurlene Watson, owner of “How About Lurl’s ” for over 30 years. While employed with “How About Lurl”” she became well known in the community as the person that will get your do right. Shanda later worked for Daniel and Son Funeral Home as the cosmetologist. She was well loved and respected by the people that she worked with and for.

SHANDA was a woman who loved her family, but she was also transparent and would let you know what was on her mind. During her free time, she enjoyed going to bingo, playing the slots at the casino and spending time with her family and friends.
When she became a grandmother, she was on top of the world. She enjoyed the time she shared with her babies and would do anything for them. She encouraged her daughters to stick together and to be the best that they could be. SHANDA Stewart was preceded in death by parents; Virgina Ann Stewart and Aubry Fair Jr. grandparents; Betty Stewart and Wilton Stewart, Katherine Perry, Aubry Fair Sr. brothers; Theodore Adams, Clifton Stewart, Carl Lee Stewart Niece;
