John Wesley Lott, Jr, was born September 03,1940 to the late John Lott Wesley Lott Sr and Odessa Lott. He attended Lincoln High School. John accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member & minister at Salem Missionary Baptist Church under the guidance of the late Pastor R.J. Lewis. He was a faithful member for many years. On April 11,2008 Pastor Lott brought forth the vision given by God of Wellborn Community Baptist Church, which he pastored until his health failed,
John met the love of his life Ancie Lee Marshall in 1958 and later married in 1961. They were blessed with 12 beautiful children together, John enjoyed serving the Lord, spending time with his children, taking care of his family playing dominoes and cards. He worked in the shoe factory and pipe industry for several years to provide for his family.
John was preceded in death by his parents, John Wesley Lott, Sr. and Odessa Lott; his wife Ancie Lee Lott; one sister, Ella Walker; two grandsons, Jordan Darnal Megee and Darale Wesley Lott, Sr,; two granddaughters, Spirit Lott, Domoniquia Bazy; and nephew, Cutrton Pradia.
John was a respectful, honest, hardworking, generous and caring man who devoted his life to God and family, we loved him tremendously, but God love him more and brought his child home. He leaves behind his sister Patricia Lott Pradia, and 12 children, Carloyn Lott Bazy (Anthony), Pam Lott, Jessie Lotte (Chavonne), Alton Lott, John Lott III (Rita) Shawn Lott, Tangloyn Lott, Lajonya Lott, Tammie Lott, Lakesha Lott, Keshaundra Lott, Ashlee Lott, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, neices, nephews and other family members and friends.
