He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Maude Manley his grandparents Robert and Mary McMurray. His sisters Betty Ruth Cavitt, Shirley Manley, Loyce Goosby, Barbara Bell, Cora Oldham and brothers Howard Manley, Travis Manley, Otis Manley, Bobby Sandle, Charles Benford.
He leaves behind memories cherished by his daughters Tara Manley-Rutledge & Anesia Wesley his grandsons Wendell & Wellington Stovall, Welth Modique and Konner Cook, his sisters Charles Marie Reed, Charlotte Manley, Jeanette Manley, Juanita Busche, Thelma Hall, and Dollie Acorn and brothers Arthur Sandle, Charlie Manely Jr., Lyvonne Manley and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loved ones.
