LaTarsha Uneac Williams Tolbert was born on
September 18, 1977 to Willie Frank Huff and
Willie Frances Williams in Conroe, Texas. She attended Caldwell Public Schools and graduated from Caldwell High School in 1996, Caldwell, Texas. LaTarsha met Vince La’Sha Tolbert, Jr. at the age of 12 years old and later they joined in holy matrimony as husband and wife.
She was baptized at an early age at Macedonia Baptist Church in Caldwell, Texas .She later joined Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Tracey Smith. LaTarsha was a very caring, compassionate, and loving wife, mother, daughter and sister to her family. She was an avid reader and loved to sing. She also enjoyed sports, especially basketball and football. On Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 7:21 p.m., the Lord needed another angel, so He said come home my beautiful child and she slipped away right into His arms.
LaTarsha was preceded in death by her father, Willie Frank Huff; grandparents, Bertha Mae Williams and Epson and Nancy Huff; one aunt, Mary Beatrice Huff; and a cousin, Andrew Huff. LaTarsha’s legacy of love will be left to her husband, Vince La’Sha Tolbert, Jr.; two daughters, Tai’Zayshia McGuire and Jameelah McGuire; a bonus daughter, Amya Tolbert; her mother, Willie
Frances Williams; two grandchildren, DeAire McGuire and A’Veri Smith; seven siblings, Demetres Carson (Stanley), Tiffanie Huff, Willica Huff, Whitney Shelton (Travis), Jessie Williams, Timothy
Williams and Mikie Sherman (Amber); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
