Obituary

Willie Joe Phillips was born February 26,
1943 to Jonathan Agent and Lueiza
Phillips Ellis in Bryan, Texas.
H accepted the Lord as his Savior at an
early age.
Willie Joe graduated from Lincoln High
School in College Station, Texas. He
enjoyed his grandchildren, walking, being
outdoors, cooking, and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his mom, Lueiza Ellis, his dad,
Jonathan Agent, his son, Jonathan Crawford; one brother, Marvin
Phillips; his beloved mothers of his children, Maurine “Shirley”
Miller-Terrell and Georgia Crawford.
Survivors include: two sons, Christopher D. Phillips (Shan) and
Willie Phillips; five daughters, Wendy Morgan (Diektrich), Gwen
Phillips, Ashley Phillips, Nicole Crawford and Kimberly Crawford;
one sister, Mamie Ellis; one niece, Andre Ellis; twenty-two
grandchildren, B’untraveous “Zay” Searcy, Diektrich Morgan,
Brandon Smith, Jr., Braelon Phillips, Camille Johnson, Penelope
Phillips, Carter Phillips, Braxton Phillips, Josiah Phillips, Makaya
Phillips, James Phillips, Jaylon Phillips, Kamryn Phillips, Kacen
Phillips, Janiyah, Phillips, Shanerica Crawford, Quinton Roston, Shaquavian Roston and Jotericka Crawford; seven great-
grandchildren, Kayla Hudgins, London Lewis, Ava Sellers, Jahlil Sellers, LaRiyah Fletchers, Aramoni Crawford and Josiah
Crawford; and a host of other relatives and friends.
