Tiffaney Michele Camper, daughter of Willie White and Judy Cox, was born on July 11, 1974 in Milford, Delaware. Tiffaney attended and graduated from Bryan High School.

Tiffaney enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with her children and grandchild.

Tiffaney was preceded in death by her dad, Willie White, her daughter, Kembria White, and her grandmother, Edna Adline.

Tiffaney leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Michael Thomas and Christopher Hutchinson; three daughters, Alexis Thomas, Kimberly Camper, and Precious Camper; her mother, Judy Cox; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Vincent and Kim Cox, and William White; one sister, Joy White; one grandchild, Kayden Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
