Louis Charles Monroe was born in Bryan, Texas on June 18, 1954 to Ocie Lee Monroe and Velma Lee Monroe.
Louis attended Bryan, Public school system .Preceding him in death his parents
He leaves to cherish his memory, one son and daughter-in-law; Louis Charles Cooper and Ericka Cooper; one daughter Tamesha Watson,of Bryan, Texas; two brothers & sisters-in-law; Glen Monroe(Missy) and Michael Monroe (Andrea) two sister and brothers-In-law; Dinana Lewis (Alex Lewis III.) and Shirley Jean Potts (Elvis Ray Potts); Seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends
The Monroe family was so blessed to have a circle of loving family and friends at their sides in their time of sorrow. You have been a blessing and our guiding light,reminding us that everything will be alright.
We pray and want you to know that we will always appreciate all of your expression of comfort sent to us will forever be in our hearts .May God Continue to bless each and everyone of you for your loving care and thoughtfulness.
