Kerry Lionel-Gardner Sharp

Sunrise: September 24, 1966

On September 24, 1966 a baby boy was born to Larise Marie Parker and Colquitt Kennerson whom they named Kerry Lionel Gardner Sharp.

Kerry was born and raised in Brenham, Texas and attended school in the Brenham Independent School District. At an early age he accepted Christ as his savior and was baptized in the Macedonia Baptist Church by Rev. B.B Blackmon. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where he attended until death. On September 25, 2007 he married his love Lynetta Marie Sharp.

Kerry went home to be with the Lord and Savior on March 23, 2020. He is preceded in death by one Uncle, Bennie Rodgars and one Aunt, Janice Rodgers.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories and love his wife Lynetta Marie Sharp; two daughters, Treshawn U-Meeka ” Pooh” Perkins and Shakilah Charnae ” KeKe” Sharp; five grandchildren, Ki’ Riah Howard, Za’Legend Houston, JaLiyah Conley, Ja’ Niya Conley, Jayceon Conley; his mother Larise Parker and stepfather Johnnie Parker Sr; six siblings and five in-Laws , Michael Dwayne Sharp ( Angela), Johnathan Tremaine Parker, Angelique Dean ( Joseph), Michael Moore ( Kim ), Cedric Heard ( Tanik), LaTonya Howard ( Roderick) ; one uncle , Elijah Rodgers Jr; two aunts Lorene Holt and Shirley Hemphill; nine cousins , Leon Holt, Leroy Holt Jr, Lamford Holt, Morris Rodgers, Jason ( Kool-Aid) Rodgers, Danyell Rodgers, Elisha Moore, Shirisa Rodgers, Elijah Rodgers III; two stepbrothers , Johnnie Parker Jr and Leon Parker five step children, Nicole Mitchell, Marcus Mitchell, Bobby Mitchell, Markie Mitchell, Brandon Mitchell; Eleven step- grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
