Miss. Keyla D’Nae Wash

Keyla D’Nae Wash, was born in Bryan, Tx on December 25, 1997 to Lekeisha R. Wash and Luis Guajardo, Sr.

She attended Pleasant Grove M.B.C where she accepted Christ at an early age. Keyla was dedicated christian and an active youth in Sunday school, youth choir, vacation Bible school and the youth usher board.

Keyla attended Bryan I.S.D. In 2006, she was first runner up for the AKA/ Miss precious Pearl Pagent, sponsored by Mrs.Betty Robinson. She was an active member of the Young life association and student council.

Among Keyla’s greatest attributes were her beautiful smile, unselfish giving and deep devotion to family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; maternal great-grandparents Leo and Rosie Wash of Lake, Mississippi.

Keyla is survived by her parents, Jodie and LeKeisha Harlan, two brothers, Jodie Harlan, Jr and Luis Guajardo, Jr of San Antonio, Tx; three sisters, Myesha and Ashanti Harlan of College Station, Tx and Nessie O. Bessonette of San Antonio, Tx; maternal grandmother, Patricia Solomon of Bryan, Tx; one Aunt, Jerrica R. Wash of College Station, Tx; fiance, Vincent Sandle, II of Bryan, Tx; three great uncles, Gary Wash , Marvin (Kim) Wash of Lake, Mississippi, Charles (Yvonne) Wash of Jackson, Mississippi and Booker Bryant of Bryan, Tx; three great-great aunts, Mrs.Clothie Rankin of Jackson, Mississippi, Mrs. Rita Tibbs of Lima, Ohio, Mrs. Bettye J. Hill of Pittsburg, California and a host of cousins and friends.
