Felicia LaTresa Mitchell was born September 7, 1970 to Ira and Elizabeth Mitchell.  She was the youngest of four daughters.  She was a graduate of Bryan High School and Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

She joined Galilee Missionary Baptist Church at an early age under the tutelage of Rev. A. L. Goins, Sr. where she was active in the Youth Department and Youth Choir.

Felicia will be remembered for an infectious smile and a love for family.  She was extremely close to her mother and father.  She loved fancy cars with a sun roof, bangles (exotic bracelets),  and a had a fondness for traveling to new and exciting places.

She leaves to cherish her memories her beloved mother and father; one daughter, Riley Elizabeth Mitchell;  three sisters, Katherine Mitchell of Bryan, Texas, Sheila Mitchell of Houston, Texas and Terri Wright of Bryan, Texas; three nieces, Chasity Mitchell of Garland, Texas, Keisha Mitchell of Houston, Texas, Anne (Troy) Montgomery of Houston, Texas; one nephew, Jermarcus Mitchell of Bryan, Texas; three great nieces, one great nephew, a special niece and nephew, Morgan and Douglas Wright and a host of other relatives and friend.
