Clara Jessie Loggins

Clara Loggins' Program-small1-1Clara Jessie was born on August 05, 1921 to George Lee Banks and
Pearl Cashaw Banks in Benchley, Texas. She was blessed to have just
celebrated her 96th birthday, on last Saturday, August 05, 2017.
She attended Bryan Public schools and graduated from E. A. Kemp High
School, in Bryan, Texas.
She met and married Earl Loggins and they lived in Houston, Texas. To
this union one blessed child was born, Kenneth Earl Loggins, Sr.
Clara was baptized at an early age and attended the Greater Tabernacle
Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor J.T. Wilson in Bryan, Texas.
Later in her life while residing in Houston, Texas she joined the Friendship
Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas and remained a member, until
her health failed her and she could no longer attend.
Clara worked in various industries, but most of all, she was most proud, when she became a business owner, right in the heart of third ward in Houston, Texas

Clara was a very caring, compassionate, and loving mother to her only son, Kenneth. She was such a proud mother from the day he was born. She
loved her family, and enjoyed visiting with them whenever she could. She planned every year to attend her family reunion, as she did for the last time
this year on July 30,2017. On the afternoon of August 9,2017 at 12:47 P.M. the LORD needed another angel, so he said come home, my beautiful child and she slipped away right into his arms.

Preceding her in death are both of her parents; Four brothers, Arthur, Jimmy, James, and Willie Elvin; Four sisters, Georgia Lee, AlPearl, Matilda
and Annie Mae; and a host of Aunts and Uncles. Her legacy of strength and love for her family will be passed on to her son,
grandchildren, great grandchildren and many new generations to follow. She leaves to cherish her memory one son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Earl Loggins, Sr. and Marcia Loggins; one grandchild, Kenneth Loggins Jr.; Four great grandchildren, Tabatha, Ashton, Blaze and Austen Loggins; three great-great-grandchildren; six nieces, Betty Joyce, Linda, Dorothy (Tookie), Deborah Renee, Demetria, and Gloria; One sister-ln-Law, Rosena Banks and many cousins and other relatives and friends. She will be missed greatly by her family members and friends from all over.
